Bob Feller

In the coming days, accomplished pundits will share memories and write deserved obits.  For now, I'll just say a legendary figure has passed and that he was one of my father's favorites. 

There werent too many of those.  Everyone remembers Rapid Robert threw nearly a hundred miles per hour, but if my dad was here, he'd want it understood that Feller's best pitch was the curve.
